Time. Once it passes, it's gone. Forever. You'll never get that second, minute, or year back.
How you spend your time is one of the most essential life lessons.
It's all you've got.
Here’s how to be intentional with your time.
It was late morning in my office. The sun beamed through the windows, gently caressing my hand as I pounded on the keyboard.
It was beautiful outside, but my mood wasn't.
I was pissed.
Annoyed.
Frustrated.
I’ve made people angry. They’ve been upset. Disappointed. Sad.

Our Director of Operations came to me the next day and said "Nate, you know you're not good with the details, I'll do the administrative training next time.” I suck at the details.
I have no patience.
We’ve overextended a client’s credit, and they owed us a half million dollars. They’re near bankruptcy.
When I heard these words, I wanted to FIRE everyone. To kick and scream and bleed and die.
I remember the feeling in the pit of my stomach. It was a feeling of worry, panic...ANGER.
A feeling that wasn’t new to me.
Can I play a trick on your husband?
The team was in our weekly wine down where we get together over cocktails celebrating a great week…
He was shocked and confused all at once.
Here are a few lessons I've learned over the years to have a great office atmosphere.
You're like a cocaine addict needing a fix. You crave it. You need it. You'll DIE without it.
The two biggest culprits?
Your smartphone and watch.
They cause massive distraction. They take away your inability to be bored. They put pressure and overload on your mind.
If you struggle with ADD, don’t use it as an excuse. Harness your superpower. In this quick and dirty guide I’ll give you the key steps to harness your ADD and turn it into the ABCs or productivity.
